Upgrading your plan.

Upgrading your Fetcher plan is instant — your new features are available the moment you confirm the upgrade.

How to upgrade

    Go to Billing
    Navigate to /dashboard/?v=billing.

    Click Upgrade
    Click Upgrade Plan beside the plan you want to move to.
  3. 3
    Confirm payment
    Review the plan details and confirm your payment method. If no payment method is on file, you'll be prompted to add one.
  4. 4
    Done
    Your account upgrades immediately. New features are available without logging out or reloading.

Proration

If you upgrade partway through a billing period, Fetcher prorates the charge. You pay only for the remaining days in the current period at the new plan rate. The full new plan rate applies starting from your next renewal date.

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, not immediately. You keep access to your current plan's features until the period ends. At renewal, the lower plan applies. If your usage exceeds the lower plan's limits at that point, Fetcher will prompt you to resolve the overage (usually by reducing request volume or team members).

Monthly vs. annual billing

Fetcher offers monthly and annual billing. Annual billing is discounted — the exact percentage is shown on the Billing tab. Switching from monthly to annual takes effect at your next renewal date.
