Changing your email or password.
You can change your login email address or update your password at any time from Account settings.
Changing your email address
Go to /dashboard/?v=account and find the Account Details section. Enter your new email address and click Save. Fetcher sends a verification link to the new address. Click the link in that email to confirm the change. Until you confirm, your old email remains active.
Important: changing your login email also changes the reply-to address for client emails sent by you. Make sure you have access to the new email before confirming.
Changing your password
In the same Account Details section, click Change Password. Enter your current password, then your new password twice. Click Save. You'll be asked to log in again after the change is confirmed.
If you've forgotten your password
Go to the Fetcher login page and click Forgot password. Enter your email address and Fetcher sends a reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
