Deleting your account.

Account deletion is permanent. Before proceeding, make sure you've done everything on the checklist below.

Before you delete

  • Download all uploaded files — go to each request and use Download All to save your clients' documents locally or to your document management system
  • Export your reports — download your report data as CSV if you need a record of your collection history
  • Notify your team — if other team members are using your workspace, they will lose access when your account is deleted
  • Cancel your subscription — deleting your account does not automatically cancel your billing. Cancel your subscription first (see Cancelling your subscription) and let the current billing period end before deleting

How to delete your account

Account deletion requires a request to our support team. Email support@getfetcher.app from the email address on your account with the subject line "Account deletion request." Include your workspace name so we can identify the correct account. We process deletion requests within 2 business days.

What happens after deletion

All workspace data — requests, templates, uploaded files, team members, and account settings — is permanently deleted within 30 days of processing. This action cannot be reversed.

This cannot be undoneOnce your account is deleted, there is no way to recover your data. Download everything you need before submitting the deletion request.
