Dashboard overview.
The Fetcher dashboard is a single-page application. Every section lives at the same URL — /dashboard/ — with a ?v= parameter that controls what you're looking at. Here is a quick tour of every section.
New Request — ?v=new
The starting point for everything. Fill in your client's email, give the request a name, list the documents you need, set an optional deadline, and hit send. If you have templates saved, a Use Template button pre-fills the document list for you.
Requests — ?v=requests
Your running list of every request you've sent — open, completed, and archived. Each card shows the client name or email, a live completion bar, how many items have been collected vs. total, and the time since the last upload activity. Click any card to open the full request detail view where you can download files, add items, or resend the link.
Sequences — ?v=sequences
Configure and manage your reminder cadences here. A sequence is a schedule of automatic follow-up emails that Fetcher sends to clients who haven't finished uploading. You can create multiple named sequences — for example, a gentle 30-day sequence for long-form matters and a more urgent 7-day sequence for time-sensitive filings — and apply them per request.
Templates — ?v=templates
All your saved document checklists live here. Create a template from scratch or save any sent request as a template. Templates can be named, tagged by matter type, and organized so your team can find them quickly.
Reports — ?v=reports
Live metrics across all your requests: collection rate, average time to completion, and which document items are most commonly left incomplete. Export as CSV for external reporting.
Team — ?v=team
Invite colleagues, assign roles (Admin, Member, Viewer), and manage who has access to your workspace. All requests in the workspace are visible to Members and Admins by default.
Account — ?v=account
Your workspace name, logo, brand color, email sender name, and notification preferences all live here. This is also where you change your password or email address.
Billing — ?v=billing
View your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, update your payment method, and see your invoice history.
