Form RQ-04 · Document Requests

Tracking request status.

The Requests view at /dashboard/?v=requests is your live control center. Every request you've sent appears here with a real-time status.

The request card

Each request is displayed as a card showing:

  • Request name — your internal label
  • Client email
  • Completion bar — a horizontal progress indicator showing what percentage of items have been uploaded
  • Item count — "3 of 5 items received" style summary
  • Last activity — how long ago the client last uploaded anything
  • Deadline badge — shown in red if the deadline has passed with items still outstanding

Filtering and sorting

Use the filter controls above the request list to show only Open, Completed, or Archived requests. Sort by Last Activity, Date Created, or Completion percentage to prioritize what needs attention.

The request detail view

Clicking any request card opens the full detail view. From here you can:

  • See every item and its upload status
  • Preview or download individual uploaded files
  • Download all files as a single ZIP archive
  • Add new items or update existing ones
  • Resend the client link or change the client email
  • View the full activity log (all uploads, reminders sent, link opens)
  • Close or archive the request

Real-time updates

The Requests view updates in real time — you don't need to refresh the page to see a new upload. When a client submits a file, the completion bar advances and the activity timestamp updates within seconds.
